WIFE SETS HOUSE ON FIRE AFTER SEEING HER HUSBAND IN BED WITH NEIGHBOUR

A middle aged woman, simply named Rose on Tuesday evening, set her house ablaze when she discovered that her husband, Olayiwola was allegedly sleeping with one of their neighbours inside their one-room apartment.
The couple, who lived together in the apartment at Aderin area of Osogbo with other tenants and the owner of the house were living peacefully until recently when Rose discovered that her husband was involved in illicit affair with one of their neighbours.
It was gathered that Rose, whose shop was close to the house noticed that her husband was in the room with a woman, who was also her friend and set the house on fire to punish the husband and his lover.
However, sources stated that Olayiwola and his lover narrowly escaped from the house and their whereabouts remained unknown as at press time.
I was revealed that Rose had warned her husband to desist from his amorous relationship with her friend but he denied having any relationship with her.
Unknown to the man, his wife had been monitoring him and her friend until she caught them in the illicit act.
Properties belonging the couple and their co-tenants including their landlord were lost to the fire
It was gathered that the female owner of the house, who is an octogenarian had appealed to the police and other security agencies to allow the law to take its full course.
